Each session will include: 

 

• Up to 45 minutes in our private Contrast Therapy suite. 

• Coaching from one of our in-house professionals.

• Three cycles of going in our Cold Plunge from 30 seconds- 3 minutes (depending on what you are comfortable with) followed by three cycles of 10-15 minutes of Sauna.

• A full understanding of the health benefits you will receive from Contrast Therapy.
